Perch Houses is a new type of co-living service helping single, 60+ middle-income women experience affordable living, supportive community and, easier access to health support services.
In 2021, 47% of all seniors in America (54 Million) were designated “middle class.” We call the middle income population who have less than $500k in assets the “forgotten middle.” They have too much saved to qualify for Medicaid and its housing subsidies, but not enough assets to live where they please with no worries.
Perch was created for these people.
My career has focused on discovering new approaches to creating growth where business development, digital transformation, and entrepreneurship intersect.
My proudest accomplishment in life is to be the father of two amazing young professional women, Ella and Lucy Pepper. I now live in Washington, DC after 18 years in the Bay Area, Asia, Europe and NYC.
